Active Directory and Exchange Specialist ( 2nd and 3rd level)

Our client is a leading international retail company with more than 4,400 stores in nine countries. For more than 3,000 European stores that are operated by them, they are currently setting up a central IT Help Desk at their regional office near Budapest.Tasks:
- providing 2nd and 3d level support regarding Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- analysis, classification, solving system failures
-handling incidents, requests and changes
- taking part in certificate management
- improving processes (documentation, automation)
- cooperate with national and international IT departments
- strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
- strong experience in Active Directory Administration and Certificate Administration
- knowledge of Exchange Server system administration and scripting (Powershell)
- solid knowledge of Windows Server systems
- knowledge in program languages like PowerShell and VBScript
- experience in the administration and support of large e-mail infrastructures is advantage
- experience in Email Security and/or Email Encryption is a plus
- completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
- well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
- can work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays (2nd level position)Blanka Molnár
