We are looking for an English speaking Customer service associae to start immediately

  • Recording orders received by phone and email in SAP system, sending and following up confirmations
  • Maintaining constant contact with customers on various platforms
  • Logistics tasks: managing and coordinating deliveries and partial deliveries
  • Preparing price quotations in cooperation with other departments
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Handling complaints, returns, samples
  • Customer data maintenance
  • Close cooperation with partner departments
  • Secondary education
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service or in logistics
  • Confident, communicative level of English
  • Solid MS Office and SAP knowledge
  • Ability to work accurately, punctually and reliably
  • Good communication skills, customer-oriented mindset
  • Friendly, open-minded, team player personality
  • Technical orientation
