We are looking for a full time or a passive status student for the position of call center/helpdesk agent.

You will love this position, if :

  • You would use foreign languages.

You are the suitable person, if :

  • You speak English fluently.
  • You have excellent communication skills in speaking and writing.

  • You can work minimum 24 hours/week.
  • You work precisely.

Advantages:

Working hours:

  • minimum 24 hours/week (can be more)
  • Monday to Friday 07:00 to 22:00; Sat: 9:00 - 19:00, Sun: 10:00 - 19:00

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls and inquiries via chat
  • Processing flight reservations
  • Solving problems and complaints
  • Answering customer queries

Expectations:

  • Full time or passive student status
  • Work minimum 24 hours/week (you have to work minimum 3 times a week)
  • You can work on minimum two weekends in a month
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing
  • Customer focused and excellent customer care skills
  • Stress tolerance
