IT Desktop Specialist (2nd and 3rd level)

Our client is a leading international retail company with more than 4,400 stores in nine countries. For more than 3,000 European stores that are operated by them, they are currently setting up a central IT Help Desk at their regional office near Budapest.Tasks:
- planning and development of automated Windows operating system installations
- supporting the selection of new client hardware (e.g. notebooks, convertibles, thin clients)
- being a contact person for Windows 10 support requests
- supporting client migrations in an international environment
- support of the existing virus protection infrastructure ( project support, implement configuration customizations)
- providing support regarding Mobile Devices ( management, application management, iOS release management)
- completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
- strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
- solid knowledge of client hardware and administration of Windows 10
- well-founded knowledge of mobile device administration (preferably of Apple devices) is advantage
- profounded knowledge of malware and virus protection systems
- experience in handling security incidents
- well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
- can work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays (2nd level position)
