Support Analyst

Our client is a global strategic partner to several restaurants; they provide software development, testing and support services in more than 120 countries. Now we are looking for them enthusiastic and motivated Support Analyst colleagues to their office in Debrecen.• Primary task is to provide support in connection with the following fields:
⁻ 3rd party software integration
⁻ user acceptance tests
⁻ complete product portfolio
• Sets requirements towards testers
• Participates on daily calls
• Builds rapport with stakeholders
• Provides support in connection with product/system
• Provides support for internal and external customers
(3rd party companies, customer, local development
teams, 2nd and 3rd level support teams, etc)
Bachelor’s Degree
• Expected professional knowledge of:
- Object Oriented Programming
- JAVA/ .NET 4.0
- Linux or Windows server administration

- Experience with ticketing systems
- Change Management and Problem Management

• Active English knowledge
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in product
support and/or development
• Team worker
• Problem solving skills
