Our client GE Renewable Energy looks for a new colleague as
for 12 months
You will be responsible for a 'wing to wing' recruitment process for a specific stakeholder segment, including but not limited to: compliant job postings, job launch, sourcing, phone screens, assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback, conveying compensation expectations and offer extension. In addition, you will also coordinate recruiting process activities with key partners, hiring/closing candidates, and understand the full recruitment life cycle.
In addition, you will also support the European TA team on sourcing key talent & build pipelines for ramp-up projects, recurrent role profiles & confidential roles at all levels.
In this role you will:
Handle recruiting activity, predominantly a mix of external hires, internal moves and contractor conversions.
Partner with TA team members, Hiring Managers, HR counterparts and all candidates
Craft attractive & compliant external job adverts
Conduct job launch meeting with Hiring Manager/Human Resource Manager
Utilize sourcing channels, job boards and social media
Interview and evaluate candidates in person or via phone
Be capable of handling the verbal offer process
Arrange End-to-End recruitment processes
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-5 years of experience in recruiting & sourcing
English is a must
